Last updated: May 20, 2026

Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how 16274382 Canada Ltd. (doing business as Paradigm Inputs) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use our website or related services (the “Site”).

This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals who share their data or communicate with us through the Site.

What we collect

We collect personal information you provide to us directly, primarily through forms on this Site, such as signing up for our newsletter, the “find-a-broker” function, the broker application and our contact form. Information provided through these forms includes your name, email address, phone number and location. We may also collect limited technical and usage information through cookies or analytics tools as described below.

How we use it

We may use your information to respond to inquiries, connect you with an Independent Broker, evaluate broker applications, send updates you have requested, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing with brokers and service providers

We may share personal information with service providers that support our website and communications, such as hosting, analytics, form processing, and email delivery. If you ask to be connected with an Independent Broker or submit a broker application, we may also share the information with the applicable Independent Broker or internal reviewers as needed to respond to your request or assess the application.

Email and text marketing (CASL)

We rely primarily on your express consent to send you marketing emails and text messages. We use implied consent only in the limited cases permitted by Canada’s anti-spam law (for example, if you have an existing business relationship with us within the allowed time window). Every marketing message we send includes an easy way to unsubscribe. You can also opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing us or contacting our Privacy Officer.

Please note, we may still send you service-related or transactional messages, such as account updates or important information about your use of the Site.

How do we handle your personal information?

Retention

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to meet legal requirements, or to protect our rights. In some cases, we may anonymize your personal information so it can no longer be linked to you. We may use anonymized or de-identified data for legitimate business purposes without further notice or consent.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, based on its sensitivity.

Storage and international transfers

Your personal information may be stored or accessed in Canada, the United States, or other countries where our service providers are located. Privacy laws may differ in these countries. We use contracts and safeguards to help protect your information. In limited circumstances, your personal information may be disclosed if required by law (for example, a court order or legal process). In such cases, our policy is to limit disclosure to the minimum necessary.

Cookies & analytics

This Site uses essential cookies required to run the Site by default. When you opt in, we may enable additional analytics to understand site performance and improve the experience. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after any changes means you accept the updated policy.
