For manufacturing use only. Not for retail sale. Reacts with moisture from the air, acids and many other liquids to release hydrogen phosphide (phosphine, PH3) gas. Fatal if inhaled, swallowed or absorbed through eyes or skin. Exposure to moisture or liquids releases flammable and toxic phosphine gas. Spontaneous ignition may result if contacted by liquids such as water, acids, or chemicals. Must be stored in cool, dry, well ventilated place away from fire, open flame, or heat sources. Hazardous waste requiring deactivation (hydrolysis) before disposal.

Intended use

For use only in the manufacture of aluminum phosphide fumigants.
